Deputy Commissioner Football Tournament is held every year besides First Division Cricket League and Second Division Cricket League. Ha-du-du, gollachut, cricket, football are the favorite sports of the people of Laxmipur. Football is the favorite sport of everyone, old and young. Raipur Upazila has been a popular sports destination since ancient times. Various tournaments are held here every year. Cricket and football are now the dominant sports in the country, but other sports are not far behind.
There are several playgrounds in Raipur. Among them, Sujat Ali Government College playground is located in the heart of the city. The following football competitions are held in this stadium every year:

(B) Premier Football League

(C) 1st Division Football League
